Upcoming PTO Events!

This year, JBMA PTO is raising money to repaint the gym and refinish the gym floors.  While we had to cancel the PTO Dance and Auction event in March, we are ready to re-open the auction online and keep the auction open through Wednesday May 13th at 4pm.  We still have some really great items donated for the auction as well as some school specific items.

You can help by visiting the auction site and bidding at:

www.auctria.com/auction/JBMA2020AUCTION

Once the auction closes on May 13th, you will be notified if you had the winning bid.  The auction will close at 4 pm, but with an “anti-sniper” rule in effect – meaning all last minute bids will extend the bidding time on that item to allow a competing bidder a chance to bid again (or buy now).

Once you are notified of your winning bid, you can pay for your items with a credit or debit card through the Paypal button located below. Enter your name, item number(s), and total amount due.

We will contact you and arrange to have items picked up at the school, or dropped off at your home. Thanks for supporting your school!

A Letter of Appreciation:

Dear PTO, I would like to thank you for volunteering your time to make the school a better place. You have made an impact on the students, faculty, and families. Most think of the PTO in the role of fundraising, which allows the school to purchase items that are outside the school budget. This is very important, but only a small part of what they do. You help parents cope with dropping off their kids for the first time by providing coffee and pastries at the BooHoo Breakfast! They also bring our school family together with the movie nights and Fall Festival. They arrive early to give coffee and donuts to the teachers to make them feel valued, cherished and appreciated. The PTO informs parents of upcoming events, ideas for JBMA, and things to make the school better each year. At the end of the day, I would like to personally thank the PTO for taking time from their schedules to make our experience the best it can be.

Sincerely,

Aleah Ward
